Kellogg's Cul Camps

Its getting to that time of year again and the Cul camp will take place in PJ Duke park from the 8th of August until the 12th. The cost is €55 for the 1st child, €45 for the 2nd child and €40 for the 3rd and subsequent children. If you register online or in Kingspan Breffni park prior to the 1st of June your child will receive their half zip and T shirt in the month of June.

Senior Football

Our senior team had to work hard and come from behind to beat Cornafean by 2pts in the Division 3 spring league semi final played in Lacken last Sunday.Full time score Cornafean 1-10 Laragh 2-09. They will now play Killinkere in the final this weekend. Date, time and venue to be confirmed. Keep a eye on facebook and twitter for this. All support is very much appreciated.

Our juniors were to play Drumlane on Saturday last but the game called off at the last minute. We will now play Shercock away on Saturday at 7pm.


Our u16s again played two games this week and won both. On Tuesday evening we had Blackwater gaels at home, full time scoce Laragh 2-07 Blackwater Gaels 1-09. They then followed this up with a win on Thursday evening in Gowna against Southern Gaels. Full time score Southern Gaels 0-08 Laragh 3-11. We will now play Dernacrieve gaels on Tuesday evening in the league semi final having finished second on the table.


Our U14s  are due to play our neighbours Knockbride in the coming days but not confirmed yet, keep and eye on facebook and twitter for updates.

The u6s training is every Saturday morning from 10am until 11am. All children aged between 4-6 are always welcome. Any questions contact Ray on 0871333796.

Golf Classic

GAA Garda Vetting

Cavan Rally Stages
Reminder to our club members that the Cavan Rally takes place the same day as Cavan take on Armagh in Kingspan Breffni Park in the opening round of the Ulster Championship, Sunday the 29/05/2016. As part of the rally is in Laragh please check for road closures if heading to Breffni.

Our senior camogs played a strong Crosserlough team in Kilnaleck last Saturday evening and unfortunately it was not our day.Full time score Crosserlough 0-11 Laragh 0-03. The girls now play castletara on Sunday next at 12noon in Stradone. Training continues on Wednesday at 7.30pm and Friday at 8.45pm.
Laragh Camogie Indoor Training continues on Mondays @ 3:15pm for U13 and Friday evenings @ 6pm for U9’s & U11’s

Pyjama walk
Our juvenile club both football and camogie are having a sponsored pyjama walk on Sunday the 12th of June. Please support. More details to follow.

Nancy O'Rourke Tournament

The camogie club will run this tournament on Sunday the 5th of June. 17 clubs have been invited. The tournament has not run for a couple of year and it is hoped to be back this year bigger and better. It's a 7 aside competition for senior teams. It should be a great day. More details to follow.

Cavan GAA are hosting a special Up For The Match club/board fundraiser on Thursday, May 26 in the Hotel Kilmore.The night will feature a panel-style debate, chaired by Damien Donohoe of Northern Sound radio, and confirmed guests are Oisin McConville, Colm O’Rourke, Seamus McEnaney and Declan Bogue.

Tickets cost €20 and are available through clubs & county officers.
Doors open at 7.30pm sharp.It's a fantastic line-up and with the event taking place just three days before we host Armagh in the Ulster Championship, a brilliant night is guaranteed.
