Now in its 11th year the always enjoyable Kadona Wholesale Under-10 tournament again garnered a huge turnout in PJ Duke Park Stradone last weekend. 6 teams competed for the shield, holders Laragh United, Ramor United, Knockbride, Lavey, Crosserlough and Killygarry. All games were hugely competitive and in the end Black and Amber rose to the top as Ramor United, winners in 2008 took on Crosserlough. Goal wins games and Crosserlough bagged 3 goals in 5 minutes to clinch the title. The very impressive Emmet Boylan clinched the “player of the tournament” and Laragh United Chairman and sponsor Padraig Rudden together with Juvenile secretary Mary O’Rourke were on hand to make the presentations to the very gallant and worthy winners Crosserlough.

Enjoying the Kadona Tournament are Dessie O’Rourke, Paddy Sheanon and Padraig Rudden.
