The Seniors were out against Mountnugent on Sunday last after a hard battle we came away with a draw a good result as we trailed from the start but worked hard to come back and steal a point from the Mountnugent side. Pitch conditions were extremly slippy and wet which resulted in the Junior match being postponed. Next weekend proves to be very busy for the senior team with games on Friday and Sunday. On Friday evening the 26th April we play Bailieboro at home at 7:00pm. Then on Sunday we travel to Terry Coyle park to play Cavan Gaels at 5:30pm so a busy weekend ahead.

The minor team play away this Wednesday evening the 24th to Templeport at 8:00pm. This is the last round of their league campaign which just didn't go our way. However with many of the lads now coming on board in the senior setup and getting games there is great excitment and competition for places in the club at the moment. The lads will be back again after their exams for the minor championship and hopefully the experience they gain at senior level will strengthen their campaign.

The U14 were out on Monday evening last to Drumnacreve Gaels where we put on an impressive performance and came away comfortably with a win of 3-16 to 2-04. We played extremely well in a game in which all our forwards scored and midfielder Paul Smith came away with a personal tally of 9 points with each of the full forwards getting a goal each. Next week we play at home on Monday night the 29th April to Kingscourt time has yet to be confirmed

The U12 play away last Friday night in a local derby match to Lavey at the New Inns after a very impressive performance we came away with a win beating  the local rivals by five points a sweet result. This Friday night the 26th we play Ballymachugh at home at 7:00pm so hopefully keep the good form going lads
