Club Notes 17/06/2013

The seniors were out on Sunday to Cornafean after a tough battle we came home without any spoils losing by five points we were missing a few players but the lads were very disappointed. This weekend though we will hopefully get back on track when we play Mountnugent away on Sunday the 23rd at 2:00pm with the junior game to follow at 3:30pm.

Junior Championship
The junior championship kicks off this Friday evening the 21st at 8:00pm when we play Munterconnaght away in what should be a very exciting game please support the lads and help them get our championship season of to a flying start.

The u16 are out this Thursday evening the 20th when we take on West Cavan Gaels at 7:30pm in Ballyconnell

The U-14s had a good win against Maghera  at home last Monday evening, Laragh gave an excellent team performance, the team is coming into form at the right time with spirits and confidence high next match is this Monday evening away to division leaders Gowna at 7:30pm.

This U-12s are out in the summer league this Wednesday evening the 19th at home to Belturbet at 7:00pm. The action then continues on Friday evening the 21st when we play Templeport in Bawnboy again at 7:00pm so a busy week ahead for all involved.

Well done 2 all the Laragh u-8's who had 2 very competitive games against Lavey at the weekend we came home the winners in both games it's always competitive when its Lavey Laragh so it's nice to be out on front even at this stage, well done lads

Well done and Congratulations  to Paul Smith, MarkBrady, Lee Reilly Adrian Lackey and Pauric Reilly who represented Laragh on the Cavan u-14 squad who played Fermanagh before the senior ulster championship game in Brewster park on Sunday last, it is a great achievement for the lads and great for their families and the club.
Feile Table Quiz
The juvenile committee would like to thank everyone  for their support at our quiz last Friday night. A special word of thanks to our quizmaster Gary Robbins,  Phelim Brady, Martin smith and the u-14 management for their hard work on the night.
